It debuted in Fall/Winter 2011–12 as MUVEIL’s children’s clothing line, with a target age group distinct from that of the women’s main line. Each season, it incorporated themes shared with the adult line while adapting them into sizes and items for children. MUVEIL introduced this new line starting with Pre-Fall 2016. Presented as a collection pursuing materials and silhouettes under the banner of a “new standard,” it differed from MUVEIL WORK, which focused on casual staples, and was positioned within the MUVEIL collection as a new approach to clothing design. The line ended after two seasons, and its direction was carried forward by “M,” a new brand created by designer Michiko Nakayama.
