RegettaCanoe is a Japanese footwear brand born in Ikuno-ku, Osaka City. Shoe designer Yasuo Takamoto developed the brand with the aim of creating shoes that make walking comfortably on hard asphalt roads possible, and launched it in 2009. With the concept of “enjoying leisurely walks around the city,” the brand offers sandals and shoes. Its features include rounded, canoe-shaped outsoles designed for easy walking and gummy insoles that wrap around the feet. It continues to make products under the labels “Made in Japan” and “Made in Osaka.”
