THE SKINWAKE is a base makeup series launched on February 2, 2026, by Koh Gen Do, a Japanese natural cosmetics brand. It is based on the “Skinwake concept,” which awakens beauty through the power of fermentation, and carries forward Koh Gen Do’s founding commitment to “gentleness to the skin.” Formulated with Japanese ingredients, centered on fermented acerola moisturizing essence from Okinawa Prefecture, the series includes a fermented essence primer and a mesh-type fermented essence foundation. Under the theme “Nurture the skin of the future and surpass the skin of today,” it offers base makeup with a translucent, smooth, radiant finish.
