99%IS- is a menswear brand led by designer Bajowoo, who is from Seoul, South Korea. It officially launched in the Fall/Winter 2012 season. With a rock-inspired sensibility as its background, the brand centers on leather pieces featuring original studs and hardware, and has also collaborated with Mackintosh, Comme des Garçons, George Cox, and Underground. After relocating its base to Tokyo in 2008, it made its runway debut at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo for Spring/Summer 2014. It continues to publish collection information on its official website and remains active.
