Overview

J-honey was a Japanese women’s casual line developed by Honeys Co., Ltd. It was already being offered as a major product brand by at least the fiscal year ended May 2003, proposing “jeaning casual” that combined sportswear and street styles for ages 13–35. Materials from 2009 described it as “relaxed-girl casual.” Financial materials for the fiscal year ended May 2010 indicated that the former J-honey was included under Colza, and it has since ceased to exist as a standalone brand.

One of the main product brands previously developed by Honeys, this line was responsible for a sporty aesthetic. Official materials treated it as a product brand alongside CINEMA CLUB, COLZA, and GLACIER, while materials for retail properties positioned it as a sporty-type brand. It offered a more sports-oriented approach than COLZA, which targeted young casual wear, but official materials for the fiscal year ended May 2013 indicated a change in which the former J-honey was included under COLZA.
