PARAHAT is a UV-protection sub-brand by KIZAWA, a Japanese umbrella and hat brand, that incorporates the functions of a sun parasol into hats. Its name combines “Parasol” and “Hat.” The brand offers hats with brims made from KIZAWA’s fully light-blocking parasol fabric, along with features such as cooling-touch materials, adjustable sizing, and detachable chin straps. Its main lines are noa, a wide-brim hat; swell, a casual hat; and mellow, a bucket hat. The hats provide UV protection in situations where using a parasol is difficult, such as outdoor activities, cycling, and gardening.
