TAION EXTRA is a high-end line derived from TAION, an inner-down brand originating in Japan. Announced in 2018, it centers on modular inner-down garments with built-in heating modules. Detachable parts such as sleeves and hems allow the garments to be transformed into vests, short-sleeved styles, or long-sleeved styles, and the temperature can be adjusted via a dedicated app. The line is also carried by select shops in Japan and abroad, and is operated by D.O.N Co., Ltd., which operates TAION.
