Cream is an original remake line derived from the Japanese womenswear brand Crisp. From the mid-2000s, it offered garments that incorporated vintage-inspired elements into existing materials, drawing on knowledge of fabrics such as antique textiles and vintage clothing. In conjunction with Crisp’s natural, girlish aesthetic, it proposed remake pieces created through the reworking of materials, with a focus on dresses and tops. The current official Crisp website does not show a separate offering for Cream, so it is considered a discontinued line.
